Terms of Use

This is the end user licence agreement for the RestroBill mobile app, published by Codrva Digital. Installing or using the app means you accept it. If you do not, uninstall the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RestroBill on devices you own or control, for running your own food business. You may not resell, sublicense, rent out, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the subscription check in the app.

2. What is free and what is paid

Installing RestroBill, creating your restaurant profile, choosing paper size, connecting a printer and building your menu are all free. Creating the Google or Apple account you already need to install apps is also free, and there is no separate RestroBill account.

Producing a bill, printing, viewing bill history and viewing or exporting reports require an active subscription.

3. Subscription, price and renewal

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Both plans renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.

Prices shown in the app come from the store and are what you actually pay in your currency. If we change the price, the stores will notify you and, where their rules require, ask you to consent before the next renewal.

4. Cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account: Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, or Apple ID under Subscriptions. There is a shortcut in the app under Settings. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf, because the billing relationship is between you and the store.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by whichever store took your payment, under its own policy. Request one through Google Play or Apple support. We do not process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds directly. If a store asks us to confirm something in support of your request, we will respond promptly and honestly. The Refund Policy sets out how to ask each store.

6. Your responsibilities

• Tax and legal accuracy. You enter your GSTIN, FSSAI number and GST rates, and you are responsible for their correctness and for meeting your tax obligations. RestroBill prints what you configure; it is not tax advice and does not file anything for you.
• Backups. Bills are stored on your device. Export regularly. If the device is lost, damaged, reset or the app is uninstalled, that data is gone and we cannot recover it.
• Your hardware. Printers, tablets, paper and network are yours to supply and maintain.
• Lawful use. Do not use RestroBill to produce false or misleading invoices, or for anything unlawful.

7. Availability and offline behaviour

RestroBill is designed to keep billing when the internet does not. Once your subscription is confirmed, the app continues to work offline for a limited period before it needs to reach the store again. Connect to the internet occasionally so that check can happen.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation. Printer hardware, operating system updates and store availability are outside our control.

8. Changes to the app

Features may be added, changed or removed. Where a change materially reduces what your subscription provides, we will say so before it takes effect. Some things named as planned on our website, such as cloud sync, kitchen tickets and multi outlet support, are intentions rather than commitments and may change.

9. Disclaimer and liability

RestroBill is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached, in particular attempts to bypass the subscription. Your locally stored data remains yours and stays on your device.

11. Apple App Store

For apps obtained from the App Store, the following apply:

• This agreement is between you and Codrva Digital only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
